The TFR (Taps Family Radio) message board is for public and private use available to anyone who creates an account and performs in accordance to the ToS hereon. No one may access this message board without an account.
A.2) Multiple Accounts:
Multiple accounts are not permitted unless accessed by a separate IP address (location) each time. This may apply to work IP addresses only. No two residential IP address may be used to create and access dual accounts on this board for any reason. Occupational only.
A.3) Identification:
You may use any sign-in name or display name that you wish, as long as it does not contain: profanity, vulgar statements, offensive statements, sexually explicit indications, rude wording or anything other wise to be considered "Inappropriate" as determined by the board staff members sole discretion.

You may not use the following tags or acronyms in your name (display or login) unless you are part of the related organizations:

You may use moderate profanity on this board however, the following word will not be acceptable here and are therefore forbidden to be authored onto this board: "f**k". This includes any variation of the word, in any manner. First offense - Warning. Second offense - 30 day suspension. Third offense - Banned.
B.2) Conduct:
You are not permitted to spam, flame, insult, intentionally be rude, harass, instigate or other wise offend any other person belonging to/or not belonging to this board. First offense - Warning. Second offense - 30 day suspension. Third offense - Banned.
B.3) Advertising | Spamming:
You may not post links to personal or business items for sale on this board. This includes any commercial venture that you own or are actively involved with. You may however post links to other sources just as long as they are legally in accordance with the laws of your state. First offense - Warning. Second offense - 30 day suspension. Third offense - Banned.
B.4) Material:
You may not post pornographic, illegal, offensive, racist, explicit or otherwise offensive materials on this message board for any reason or at any time. This applies to wording, images, audio, video and any other means of presenting or "Displaying" such offensive material. First offense - 30 day suspension. Second offense - Banned.

C.1) Moderation:
This message board is moderated and we reserve the right to edit, amend, delete, add, move or change any materials posted on this message board by anyone, at anytime, as we see fit.
C.2) Moderation Decisions:
Once a moderator has issued a warning or has taken appropriate action in response to a violation of the ToS, that action is final and will not be renegotiated. You may not openly in a public forum, dispute or challenge a moderators decision here on this board. First offense - Warning. Second offense - 30 day suspension. Third offense - Banned.

Anyone caught trying to access or knowingly hack into prohibited areas of this message board will be automatically subject to criminal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
